Leadership Series - Session #1: "Building Trust"

In Building Trust, participants will learn about the impact that high/low trust has on a business, and the four “Cores” that directly affect it. Participants will also learn how to measure trust, applying this knowledge to assess their self-trust levels and build an action plan to develop greater trust both inside (and outside) their teams. The content of this course is based on one of the best-selling, and most well-written books on the topic, The Speed of Trust by Stephen M.R. Covey.
